Florida Bright Futures SAT requirements, in plain terms
The Bright Futures Scholarship Program sets a combined SAT threshold for each award level: 1330 for Florida Academic Scholars (FAS, the 100% award) and 1190 for Florida Medallion Scholars (FMS, the 75% award). The program combines your student’s best Reading & Writing section score and best Math section score across timely test dates — a section-level superscore, never a single sitting’s total.
