**Parent/Guardian Information**: Name, email address, phone number, billing address, payment method information (processed by Stripe, we do not store full card numbers)
**Student Information**: Name, grade level, subjects of interest, learning goals, preferred schedule, academic challenges
**Tutor Information**: Name, email address, phone number, educational background, subject expertise, availability, background check results
**Account Credentials**: Encrypted passwords and authentication tokens

Session and Usage Information

**Session Details**: Scheduled times, duration, subjects covered, Zoom meeting links and metadata
**Session Summaries**: Post-session reports created by tutors describing what was covered, student progress, and recommendations
**Booking History**: Past and upcoming sessions, cancellation history, confirmation status
**Platform Usage**: Pages visited, features used, time spent on platform, device and browser information

Communication Data

**Messages**: In-platform messaging between parents, students, and tutors
**Support Tickets**: Communications with our support team
**Email Communications**: Transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, summaries) and marketing communications (with your consent)

Mobile Information and SMS

We collect your mobile number and your SMS consent (e.g., timestamp and page/source) when you opt in.

We use this information only to send tutoring session-related texts and provide support.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share limited data with service providers who help us deliver messages (e.g., messaging platforms) solely to provide the service.

Payment and Membership Information

**Subscription Details**: Membership tier, billing cycle, payment history, hour ledger balances
**Payment Processing**: Processed securely by Stripe (we do not store full credit card numbers)
**Transaction Records**: Charges, refunds, adjustments, and related metadata

Technical and Log Data

**Device Information**: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
**Usage Analytics**: Page views, click patterns, feature usage (with your consent)
**Error Logs**: Technical errors and performance data collected via Sentry for debugging and improvement

Recording and Transcript Data (If Enabled)

**Session Recordings**: Video and audio recordings of tutoring sessions (only with explicit consent from all participants)

Tutors and Families

**Tutors** receive student information (name, grade, subjects, learning goals) necessary to provide tutoring services
**Parents** have access to all information about their children's sessions, summaries, and progress
**Students** can see their own session history and summaries

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to:

Business Transfers

The Services are intended for families and students. Accounts for children under 13 require:
